What areas do you serve?
We currently serve a 75-mile radius around Construction City, including all surrounding counties and municipalities. For projects outside this area, please contact us to discuss options.
Do I need a permit for my shed or workshop?
Permit requirements vary by location. Generally, structures under a certain square footage (often 120 sq ft) may not require a permit, but we'll help you determine what's needed for your specific project and location.
How long does the construction process take?
Most of our standard designs can be completed within 2-4 weeks from order to installation. Custom projects may take 4-8 weeks depending on complexity and our current schedule.
Do you offer financing options?
Yes, we partner with several financing providers to offer flexible payment plans. During your consultation, we can discuss available options based on your project scope and budget.
Can I customize one of your standard designs?
Absolutely! Our interactive architect tool allows you to customize every aspect of our standard designs, from dimensions and roof style to colors and features. We can also work with you to create completely custom solutions.
What is your warranty policy?
All our structures come with a 5-year craftsmanship warranty. Many of the materials we use also carry manufacturer warranties, which we'll provide documentation for upon project completion.
