What it is
Tech Ops is a field service management platform built for the people who actually do the work — and the people who keep that work moving. Technicians track tickets and walk sites; dispatchers assign and schedule; managers see projects, inventory, and revenue at a glance.
Instead of stitching together five tools that don't talk to each other, Tech Ops puts tickets, projects, the site directory, walkthroughs, inventory, scheduling, a live site-status map, and chat in a single workspace, with role-specific views so the right people see the right things.
It runs in the browser, on Android, and (soon) iOS — the same data, the same workflows, on whichever device is closest to the job.
