Why we built it
Most field-service teams stitch together a ticket system, a project tracker, a separate inventory tool, a chat app, and a spreadsheet nobody loves — and then spend half the day moving data between them.
Tech Ops is the opposite of that. Tickets, projects, the site directory, virtual walkthroughs, inventory, the catalog, scheduling, a live status map, contracts, reporting, chat, and the Clippy AI assistant all live in one workspace and share one data model. The technician on a roof sees the same ticket the dispatcher just assigned, with the same parts the warehouse just pulled.
It's built by EMC Horizons — a small, focused team that ships fast, listens closely, and treats every feature like it has to earn its place on screen. If something feels heavy or confusing, we want to hear about it.
