00 Compare
ServiceTitan is one of the biggest names in field service software. Tech Ops is a lot smaller. Here's how they line up, as straight as I can make it.
01 ServiceTitan pricing
Prices as listed on their site on November 2, 2026.
Plans and prices change, so check ServiceTitan’s pricing page for today’s.
02 Price
Mix normal seats and AI seats in one company. Sales tax is added where it applies.
03 Where ServiceTitan is stronger
ServiceTitan is built to run big operations. Its plans cover dispatching, call booking, a pricebook, mobile estimates and payroll, and the top plan adds advanced reporting, commission tracking and customizable memberships. It also has its own marketing product with campaigns and analytics.
If you run a large shop with a call center, sales teams and memberships, that depth is the point, and Tech Ops isn't trying to match it.
04 Where Tech Ops is different
A couple of things Tech Ops doesn't do yet: customers paying invoices online by card, and a live QuickBooks Online sync. Both are coming. Today the invoice list exports to a spreadsheet for your accountant.
05 Which one fits
If you're a large operation that needs the full suite and doesn’t mind a sales call to get a price, ServiceTitan fits that. If you're a small trade shop that wants a published price, $25 a person with clients free, and to try the whole thing for 30 days without talking to anyone, that's what I built Tech Ops for.
